I advise executives in a variety of organizations across many industries and operational settings - from Global 500 companies to emerging start-ups and social ventures.
The common denominator in this aspect of my work tends to be organizations that are in the midst of significant change struggling with innovation.
I prefer to work shirtsleeves-style directly with my clients' executives, employees, and teams so that their ideas inform my recommendations without losing my independent perspective.
This collaborative approach improves the chances for successful implementation of suggestions. Even though my clients hire me to work side-by-side with large consulting firms, I do much of my work either alone or with small teams that I assemble depending on the task at hand.
